Our Story
At Taphouse Trailers, we believe that every drink tells a story. Nestled in the heart of the Hudson Valley, our mobile bar has become a gathering place for local events and venues. We handbuild our own custom bartending trailers and bring them to your event. Whether you are having a small get together or a wedding, we would be honored to serve you.

PACKAGE 1 - Beer Trailer Rental

Rent our beer trailer with up to 4 beers on tap of your choice as well as wine service. This rental includes the delivery of our trailer to your location (within 50 miles of our location, additional charge if farther) and one bartender for four hours.
Ideal for parties up to 75 people.

PACKAGE 2 - Beer Trailer and Bar

This rental includes our bar trailer with 4 taps of your selection, wine service, as well as our portable bar to make cocktails.
Ideal for parties up to 75 people.
Highlights:
-4 hours of bartending service
-Setup and breakdown of bar
-4 signature cocktails of your choice.
-4 taps for any kegged beverage
-Delivery to your location within 50 miles.
-Application for permit to serve alcohol
PACKAGE 3 - Beer trailer, mobile bar expanded

This rental includes all of the trailer/bar rental shown in package 2 expanded to include up to 6 cocktails. This package includes a second bartender, ideal for parties above 100 guests.
Large party add-on

This add-on could be used for larger parties in conjunction with the first two packages. This add-on provides an additional bartender, utilized if party has more then 75 people present. Two bartenders will be sufficient for parties up to 150 people.
Let the good times roll!

Keep the party going with this add-on for bartending services per additional hour. This service will extend the bartending from four hours, this rate is per hour.
Canopy service

Included in your above rental, if needed we will supply a 20x20 canopy for your event. Please notify us if this will be necessary to ensure availability.
